CANCELLATION OF TRUCK COURSE

Lessons: If you need to cancel any lessons, please give us 48 business hours’ notice.

Otherwise, you will be charged for the lesson– non-refundable. Either contact our office on 073263 6457 during business hours (Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm) or leave a message-on message bank.

Test: If you need to cancel or re-book your test, you will need to give us a minimum of 10 business days. If 10 business days have not been given, then the whole amount of your course is non-refundable.

– If you give the 10 business days’ notice and want to cancel your test, money paid can go towards another course we offer.

– If you are seeking a refund with 10 business days or more notice is given, a $200 admin fee will occur. The remaining amount will be refunded back to the card that was used to book it within 30 days.

– We do not accept change of mind for any reason for any course. $200 admin fee will apply if truck test has been booked in.

– If you do not show up, all money paid will be non-refundable.

– All monies MUST be paid 14 business days before test day.

– Affordable Truck School takes no responsibility for any extra charges that occur – including flight delays, weather conditions or tests not proceeding if you have not organised or have your medical certificate with you. Nor if you do not have your current driver’s licence on you. – There are no refunds for Saturday or Sunday lessons.

– We will do everything we can to accommodate your booking and circumstances.

REFUND POLICY

FFS (Fee for Service) and CSQ Funded Courses 

10 business days notice must be given to cancel a course. If 10 business days is not given, the total amount paid is non-refundable. If 10 business days notice is given, a refund may be given, or monies used to rebook the course or a different course in. Certain circumstances will be reviewed individually.

$200 admin fee will apply to any cancellation of courses. And may apply to change dates.

Multi-Combination TLIC4006 Course –

If you need to cancel a MC course, then at least 10 days’ notice must be given in writing to admin@affordableindustrytraining.com.au. If 10 days or more notice has been given, then a refund will be granted, less $200 for admin fees. If between 4-10 days notice is given then the student will receive 50% of what they have paid. Less $200 admin fee. If between 1-4 days notice, and we cannot fill the course, no refund will be issued.

If you have commenced your course, then no refund will apply. This includes being sent the learner guides as the start of your course.

 

Refund Policy Certificate 3 Guarantee

Once you have enrolled and paid student contribution fees and was given the learner guide then no refund can be issued. This is because your course has commenced. If you have not been given the learner guide and you wish to cancel enrolment, and 7 days’ notice has been given to cancel, then please request a refund. Refund will then be looked upon and decided and if granted, a refund will appear exactly how it was paid.

There is no refund to be granted if you do not show up for training, miss any units or fail to submit course work in. If you do not show up, two attempts to contact you via phone, text or email will be made. If unsuccessful, then your enrolment will be withdrawn, and no refund will be issued.

Payment Plans:

  • All money must be paid 14 days before starting any course.
  • Total amount includes truck lessons/test/bf and setup fees
  • All payment packages incur a setup fee. $100 each package. (Non-refundable)
  • Students cannot start lessons until fully paid.
  • $200 is an upfront deposit. (non-refundable if cancel/change mind)
  • You can opt to pay off earlier.
 

REFUNDS:

A refund form must be filled out and submitted for a refund to be processed. Find refund form at http://affordableindustrytraining.com.au/links/. Please refer to the individual refund policy for each program below. We understand sometimes that certain situations can arise beyond your control. If this does occur outside the refund policy guidelines, then the student may ask for the RTO Manager to consider holding monies paid and to transfer into another course at a later date. The RTO Manager will consider this on a case by case situation. The RTO Manager decision is final.

All refunds if approved will be refunded within 14 days of receiving refund request. They will be refunded via cc/debit card.

You have 1 year after completing your MC Course to hand the Statement of attainment into any Dept OF Transport. So it is put onto your licence.
